Sensor on front bumper fell in the cavity behind the bumper. Ethan removed all surrounding plastic covers and put it back into the bumper.. asked what I owed him, he said "pocket change".. gave him a 20 and left...will use him for body work in the future.. Jim D

Recieved this Body Shop through my Insurance Co. When taking the car in it was a good experience. Very nice, clean office. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and answered my questions. My car was a retirement gift to myself and 10 years later, it's been a great car, and Jackson's repaired the car to its original form after an accident. They washed and vacuumed the car which was a welcomed sight. They worked with my Insurance Co. Thanks Jackson's Auto Body!

Got my baby back today. For those who don't know me, my wife, and my youngest daughter were in a accident 2 days before my birthday. The 4 car accident happened as we were at a stop lights on our way to the beach. The accident happened 3 lanes from us but 1 car spun out and rolled toward us and into us. Normally we don't take the truck on outings like this but thankfully we did on this day. If we were in any other car the outcome would have been different in so many ways. My taller truck and the front cattle Gard saved us from a lot of different potential outcomes. I want to thank and give a shout out to Jackson's Auto Body. They did an amazing job fixing the truck. The stayed in communication with us through the process. Even if they didn't pick up the phone I got a call back in less then an hour. Very polite and understanding. Feeling thankful to have my truck back and my family safe and unharmed. Will definitely be recommending Jackson's Auto Body to all my friends and Family.

Jackson's was recommended to me by my insurance company. I had a specialty car and they have a specialty in this type of work. It ended up being a complicated transaction where parts for my car were not available and my insurance ended up totaling the car, but the shop owner, Tom Jackson, was top notch in communicating, following up and dealing with the evolving situation. He was consistently helpful, honest and businesslike. I would recommend Jackson's Auto Body without reservation, especially if you care about your car and the work that gets done on it. 5-stars across the board.
